1º - Add the desired products to the shopping cart and continue browsing our shop.
2º- When you have finished your selection, go to the ‘My basket’ section to review, modify or confirm your purchase by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
3º- You will be asked for some information necessary to process the shipment and payment of your order.
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email.
🚚 Shipping
We deliver to the address of your choice: your home, workplace or any other address you specify.
Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 noon will be processed the next working day.
Public holidays do not count as delivery days.
Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. In some areas deliveries are made on Saturdays, but we only guarantee deliveries from Monday to Friday.
During high volume seasons such as sales or Black Friday, delivery times may be delayed.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. In the event that the order is returned to our warehouse and the customer requests a redelivery or refund, we will deduct the costs incurred for transport.
It is possible that, in some cases, several products from different orders may be grouped together in a single package.

Orders selected with in-store pick-up will be available for a maximum of 15 days from the time you receive the ¨Order completed¨ notice.

💱 Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a refund.
To start the process, please write to us at the following e-mail address info@mibebemodainfantil.es or call us at 659 16 65 43, indicating the items you wish to return. We will give you the necessary instructions and authorise the return.
The items must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding purchase receipt.
The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
In the event that the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Mi Bebé Moda Infantil will assume the shipping costs.
If you paid shipping costs and did not take advantage of any free shipping promotion, the costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
If you took advantage of a free shipping promotion, but decide to return part or all of your order, the cost of the return will also be deducted from the refund.
In case of product exchanges, the following transport costs will apply (for collection of the original item and shipment of the new item): 14 €.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the return costs will be the same as for the original shipment. No exchanges are possible for these areas.
In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we do not have a collection service. Returns must be handled at the customer's expense and no exchanges will be accepted.
